My name is Chris. I was diagnosed with grade 3 aggressive breast cancer in March 2009. One day when I went to CLAN for a complimentary therapy I met a member of PINK and I went to one of their monthly catch ups.

We have great nights together as the committee work really hard planning and organising events; they are a great team of ladies.

I am more fortunate than a lot of people and am delighted to be now a part of PINK and here to help!

It has been my pleasure being the Chairperson for three years. We had a great boost to our charity last year when the AECC chose us as their local charity. We raised money at a great Ladies night at AECC.

We would like to thank all at AECC they are an amazing team.

I have resigned now as chairperson and wish my successor the best of luck and PINK a continued success.

I have met some fabulous people. It has been great to help people, make new friends and be inspired by the bravery of people.

Good luck, good health and every happiness, Chris X
